Very comfortable walking shoe if you don't need shoes with ankle support. These are not ideal trail running shoes, that's my preoccupation. Heavy, holds a lot of water (expanding the previous point), the lacing system loosens up after a few miles, allowing your foot to move and the insole and bladder to crumple (unless you keep stopping and tightening). On the plus side, it's very comfortable and offers a lot of protection from rocks. The lower half of the upper is water-repellent to make walking easier when wet. (To Half Mesh, so not too deep in the water)
