I had no idea there was anything special about this belt. It looked good, I needed it to match the new tailored suit I got. This sling is easier to use than military cloth slings, but just as accurate. I order three more. However, please note that this product is made from recycled leather; So don't expect it to wear like a real leather belt, but I suspect it will last longer than faux leather belts. Imitation leather and glued leather are not real leather in any case. If that doesn't bother you then you will be amazed at the detail and style of these belts. I suggest buying three or more as it is not real leather. If you only have one, I suspect it will wear out within a year of repeated daily use.
