We ordered these wellies just to make them shine. We live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains most of the year. We have a lot of wellies but my little one wanted bright boots and I wanted him to have them because, well, how fun! We ordered these boots on September 20, 2020 and received them promptly on September 23, 2020. We ordered a size 8 and a size 9 because we knew he would love them and want them forever. He has so much fun turning on the light - or rather, "it was like that". It's November 10, 2020 and the left trunk light is completely off while the right trunk is not far behind. He's so sad and I'm not happy either. I don't mind changing the battery, but that's not possible with these boots. So these are ordinary rubber boots that I didn't need. They lost the stars and my business because Incan can no longer exchange or return because it's 10 days past the return deadline. I hope you find a way to make it right. Now I see that I am not the only client with this problem and that you break the hearts of many little ones.
