Gives me terrible stomach problems
I've tried Carnivore blend and it doesn't upset my stomach but never smells very good. It's also pretty clumpy and a pain to mix in a blender. I think they taste the same as a mix but you don't have a mess. However, it causes me a lot of stomach problems. I had to pee 5-8 times if I only drink one of these in the morning. I've had to stop drinking them and go back to pre-blended whey proteins as they don't give me that much trouble. If you don't have stomach problems from them I would say they are good but for me I just can't use this product but they have their own formula.
