Traffic alerts not working. For several weeks I corresponded with the support service by email. Every time they tell me to update the software, which by the way erases all your settings. Their online instructions say they don't support gmail so I created a yahoo account. Then they told me to try gmail because yahoo email doesn't work with their system. Note that none of the reviews mention motion notifications. The app is capable of live view but none of the settings work. To set up this system you need a MONITOR. I don't see it in the product description. The system comes with a mouse and you must use the virtual keyboard to change settings. Trying to resolve issues with tech support via email is very time consuming. They ask for a photo, the next day they reply and ask for more. Weeks of email correspondence could be resolved with a phone call. Someone walked into my yard over the weekend (I see footprints in the snow that weren't mine). They had to walk past the camera, but I couldn't find them because I had to watch literally (in a little advance) hours of video. The system is useless.
