Traffic alerts not working. For several weeks I corresponded with the support service by email. Every time they tell me to update the software, which by the way erases all your settings. Their online instructions say they don't support gmail so I created a yahoo account. Then they told me to try gmail because yahoo email doesn't work with their system.
