Bought a few months ago. I hate reviews that come out of the box and if it works I get 5 stars. There used to be three Uniden systems. I think they're leaving the field of view. 2 iphone updated back, their app stopped working and they basically said "cool shit." Destroyed those systems to buy the Xmart system. I read software complaints. It works better than Uniden in the old days when it worked. Also, the 1080 is heaven compared to the Uniden 240-360. Rating: The cameras make a robust and well-made impression. The only complaint is that the Unidens had a 5 inch rod attached to the camera. Therefore, you can hang from the ceiling, stand on a window sill, etc. Xmarto cameras are rear mounted (mounted) on a swivel base. So when mounting from above or below the window sill the camera cannot see over the window sash. To see over the sash the mounting block must be attached to the window. Mouse: The system includes a mouse used to navigate the software . I never knew you could buy a mouse for less than 50 cents. This shitty thing demeaned the whole system and immediately made me regret my purchase. I can't put into words how bad this is. $5 price to buy a decent mouse, don't turn on the mouse and do what the buyer has to do. This improves your image in the eyes of the buyer. I've really lost faith in this mouse. You can't believe how bad this is. Maybe it's because of Chinese and American culture, etc. Tech Support: Before purchasing, I sent an inquiry to xmarto about a negative comment I read about Revain. To my disappointment, they never replied. It almost made me buy another product. Luckily I changed my mind because as you will see I gave them 5 stars. I had a problem after purchase and they responded immediately and solved my problem. You have my rationale above. I don't expect perfection. Perfection is unreal. This system is doing its job perfectly after about 6 months, has great resolution, great software and responsive tech support for technical issues with the product. The last one who was perfect ended up on the cross. gary
