These great cameras are exactly what I was looking for. NO charge for remote viewing service. Easy setup (just read the instructions). So far the customer support has been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns, although the response time can be up to 24 hours behind waiting for an email, they will respond so be patient. Overall I am very happy with this system and have installed it for almost 2 months. I've used this app on both my Android and Apple devices and the image quality when viewed remotely is amazing! I'm still looking at the play through apps feature, but for the most part it works very well. You just need to make sure that you have a good internet connection with the NVR and also a good internet connection with enough playback views. I had an issue over the weekend when my camera system went offline around noon on a Saturday, but when I checked 24 hours later it was back online. The only thing I could think of was that the system did a firmware update or a system reboot. Knowing that it reconnected on its own is definitely a PLUS in my book. The images of the red car are images from the monitor connected directly to the dash cam and the other 2 images of the truck are from the application. Thanks to the way my cameras are set up, I can view car registration numbers and also see someone in the car leaving my property.
