I upgraded my rating to one star as I spent a lot of time getting this system to work and spent extra money on the Wi-Fi extension system and long range antennas. Now they say I should replace the NVR. NO! I am everything! Every day and several times a day the cameras turn off which is very frustrating because then they don't record. I have an old system and I was hoping this one would be better. No, that is not so! The software to deal with it is terrible and the app freezes all the time. They have good customer support but when they tell you to bring the cameras back to the base station to get them working again, that's impossible! They are also installed high on buildings. They worked for a while, then stopped. I can't try to remove these cameras every time there is a spike. I wish there was another system that uses disk instead of cloud. I couldn't find it, but if anyone has any suggestions I'm willing to return this mess! I tried but wasted 30 days going back and forth with them to "try" things, now my return time has expired. Beware!
