Slow, strange landing; bad customer service
delivery took almost 9 weeks. They didn't fit properly (sagging knees). I tried to return about 2 weeks after they arrived and was told it was too late to return. Because the delivery is slow, I can't send it back. Usually you get 1 month from delivery. Bad experience with customer service.
