❀️ Shampoo and conditioner

Keep coming back to this shampoo. I'm always tempted to try the next new thing, but end up giving it to a family member to pick up again. I'm in my early 40's (lots of hormonal issues affecting my hair 😩), colored hair, almost shoulder length, with tons of layers. it's a bit dry and liquified due to genetics and mother nature πŸ₯΄ I like the smell and I'm one of those who prefer no smell at all. I'm not a fan of the overwhelming/disgusting sweet smell that so many people have these days. It just smells of light and cleanliness. I also love the fact that despite being sulfate-free, it does lather. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I just love the sudsy feel of washing my hair and most sulfate-free shampoos don't lather. It's gentle on colored hair and won't wash out or fade color faster than it should. Also, it's almost an 18 ounce bottle so it will last a long time. The hair is soft but not heavy or weighed down. * Matching conditioner is great too. And after seeing some of the buildup reviews, get Neutrogena's Buildup Removal Shampoo (also available here at Revain and in almost every supermarket, drugstore and grocery store). Use once a week (depending on how often you wash your hair). It's gentle enough even for permanent or colored hair. I use it every 4 or 5 times I wash my hair and have never had a problem with build up. *I actually found this shampoo while researching the best shampoos for dry/thinning hair and it was Good Housekeeping's top pick.
