It arrived 5th September and broke on 8th October. I have about an hour or two of actual work time. The gearbox seems to be stuck, I can hear and feel a relay engage with a whistle and a little click, it won't engage until I operate the spindle and when it does it starts smoking. Although everything was working fine up to that point. I cut the cinder block with a 4 1/2" Boss Hog diamond blade (like a hot knife through butter) and blasted it with compressed air after cutting. I'm giving it one star because it no longer works. I would give it one Give four otherwise I would love to be able to reverse the guard it feels like it was set up for a left handed person the reverse would have been more convenient for me to use it customer service they responded within a few hours we had two e- Mails back and forth they asked for a video of the faulty hardware then immediately sent another to replace the faulty unit No hassles no hassles I'm impressed.
