This is the BEST and only lotion I can use for my son who has a lot of food allergies and sensitive skin. It does not burn on open eczema cuts and rough skin. It's soothing and effective. We've been using it for 5 years now. No problem and we have used many other brands in the past (countless, 20 different recommended in all price ranges). We threw everything else away and only bought Vanicream. It takes a long time. My son's skin reacts to sun creams and lotions. Due to the ingredients and plants used, he will develop hives with some lotions. He is also allergic to herbs, which is why many vegetable or nut oil based lotions will cause a reaction. Vanicream was the best for us and we love the soap and sunscreen too.
