For the past 4 years I've been running with a belt to carry my phone and stuff. It was nice, and I appreciate the work done, but this thing slipped off and started rubbing me hard. . It was also clunky and even got "heavy" on long runs. NO running buddy. I literally forgot it was there. It was also hard running, hills and all. It had very little bounce as I ran down the massive hill, but nothing to distract me. I recommend this to any runner who likes to carry their phone with them for whatever reason. I have a 7+ (big. That's what she said) and it didn't pull my shorts down as some have mentioned below. I went ahead and tied my shoelaces just to be sure. That's a wonderful thing.
