Discourage but don't win
Worked for about a week before disconnected. I watched videos on You Tube, restarted the whole house and even stood on one leg. Bottom line: I downloaded the Roku app to my Android phone and it has a remote access feature. It finds every Roku device on your network and you can control that device. The only bad thing is that you have to keep reconnecting.
