I forgot I have a shiny stainless steel chain. My chain was black and had pieces on it so it was time to clean it up. This little tool and magic solution worked great. My chain was spotless and looked brand new in just a few minutes. The solution also worked on the bike itself. It might not have been designed for this, but it removed all the road grime from the paint and the whole bike looked new again.
