I studied the remote releases carefully before I pressed the trigger on this remote control. I was arguing between MIOPS and Pluto. I figured for $100 less for the Pluto I could get the vslve water for an extra $40, the cable I need for the camera shutter (it's NOT included so order with your Pluto) and it always comes out even less, and you get a laser. Speaking of lasers, mine wasn't charging when I received it. Couldn't get it to work. So I contacted Pluto and through a series of posts it turned out to be a faulty USB wall charger and not csble. They were willing to replace the laser or cable, I have had many wall chargers, I just loved the customer service and how they helped me with troubleshooting. The app is simple and fun. There is a learning curve and the instructions and guidance are minimal which is the only downside I have against it. But there are a few guides to walk you through the basics. However, it works instantly as a remote shutter release. When in doubt about taking it, take it! You will not be disappointed!
