Works well, wish the instructions were clearer. Also make sure you get the correct cables when ordering, this device will fit 2.5mm cables and not 3.5mm cables.

I wish the instructions were half as good as the product itself. There really isn't much good information out there on how to adjust the sensitivity or the threshold setting. But with a lot of trial and error you will figure it out. Still worth every penny.

My shutter stopped working a little over a year after purchase. I contacted support and after 2 weeks basically got an answer that I just had to follow the troubleshooting guide. It didn't help much and there are no other options to find a replacement for me. I would definitely look into other shutter releases as you don't get support from Pluto.

Unknown to most, a device can work perfectly, but an Android app can't always run. I'm using the latest Google Pixel 2 and I can't launch the app without crashing immediately. While working on it, the developers have a beta version of the app available, which also seems to be accessibility-related - so far I can't access it. Use this camera mainly for photographing star trails. Battery life decreases at low temperatures, which is undesirable when shooting star trails, requiring 2 to 4 hours of continuous shooting. Also, the shutter button doesn't seem to work when I plug an external battery into the small USB jack to extend battery life. In other words, the device cannot work and charge at the same time.
