ATTENTION! DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! To whom it May concern. Your product is a massive failure. I ordered the product last Saturday, it was delivered on Sunday and I tried to install it tonight (Monday). There were no problems removing the stock front fender extensions, attempting to install the right Sunpie headlight broke the cheap tab on the top of the headlight that secures the headlight to the fender. Thinking it was a problem with the installers (me), I quickly went online and ordered another set (big mistake). Back to the garage. This time I tried with extra care on the left side and this time, with the fairing removed and a white glove base, I managed to break the tab on the left side by carefully inserting the lamp clip into the fender joint. At this moment I am alarmed. Now the main problem, not related to the installer. Your connections have a design flaw. I understand why all your other comments are about people having communication problems. Your connectors were not designed correctly, the rubber insert that connects to the wiring harness was designed the other way around. The photo I have attached shows this defect. What I call the rail and guide is not properly designed and does not properly match the jeep's wiring harness. The left side is not flush with the right side and vice versa, you can see this in the attached picture. What happens is that your customers, having solved the broken tongue problem, then force the connection between the Jeep wiring harness and the LED connector. I'm not an expert on this but I suspect Jeep will say this is an issue that could cause the OEM wiring harness to stop working and potentially become damaged. I'm happy to answer your questions, but in the meantime I will be returning your unfortunate product as well as the replacement order I placed earlier in this post. Unfortunately I have already ordered your headlight/fog light and turn signal/parking light combination, the combination will arrive tomorrow and given this product defect I am not very hopeful of success. We will gladly answer your questions. In the meantime, I would start firing your engineers and stop responding to people who are having connection issues while using other products to help lube them, give them their money back, and take responsibility.
