Has some good microsoft education programs. But I'm almost 100% sure the laptop they sent me was a return. There were a few other labels under my box that I was able to read a little. There was no plastic to peel off like with all new products. I checked with a third party company about my concerns but they said it was a new one, 1 from a bulk order. Maybe an old box was used. worked fine Seemed slow because it was brand new, internet (high speed) wasn't as expected. The screen dimmed, a white bar appeared, and it returned to the main screen. Luckily my 30 days didn't expire and we sent it back. After receiving my NON PREPAID shipping labels, I emailed the company. I asked why their approval response says a prepaid tag was sent when it wasn't. I did not get an answer. Paid shipping and received a different item from a different seller.
