Great Way To Manage Your Contact Database

I like that this software can be used throughout our sales process from prospecting to close. It helps us collect data about prospects which allows our team to make better decisions with each interaction we have. We are able to keep track of all contacts via email and phone calls as well. There isn't anything really bad about it yet but if you're looking for an easy way to manage your contact list or send emails to clients then definitely check out this software. It has helped my organization grow by leaps and bounds. It's made communication easier between members across different departments within our business. This program makes it so much easier to stay organized! If someone wants to know how many times they've contacted certain customers over time this will help them do so easily. Also being able to see who hasn't been contacted and why would be great. It gives me peace of mind knowing everything is recorded properly and at any given moment I can look.

  • Can export reports into excel format very useful, especially since there aren’t too may options available online without having something custom developed (like Salesforce)
