Worst customer service ever.
The photos are great but the customer service is the WORST I've ever encountered. No action, this camera will no longer send pictures via Wi-Fi, it will automatically connect to MSN. Some people in support say they have a lot of posts about this issue while others say it's just me. This problem has existed for the third month and is not resolved. They called first to say they were working on a solution. After three weeks, Samsung stopped calling and promised a so-called "fix" for the problem. You can only transfer photos via Samsung Link or a USB connection. But Samsung customer service doesn't help. What's worse, they call, leave a message to call you back, but don't leave a number to call you back!
