I don't usually write reviews about things, although they do influence whether I buy something. But for that I had to. I have familial periodontitis. I've always been a frequent visitor to the dentist and periodontist for either root planning and scaling, DEEP DEEP (7+), crown lengthening, gingivaplasty, two gum surgeries, two root canals. I say all this so you know what I was dealing with before I bought this oil. My dentists have never tried to help me other than bi-monthly teeth cleanings and suggestions that I might need implants. You always make me feel embarrassed and bad. No matter what he did, nothing helped. Believe it or not, I've been brushing my teeth very hard, brushing my teeth, etc., but to no avail. THEN. (drum roll) The craving for oil comes up when you search Amazon for a random item. I have never heard of it. Curious, I checked it out. After reading rave reviews and doing my own research on the internet, I figured it couldn't hurt. And the boy was right. Best $15 I've Spent. Gums stopped bleeding, dry mouth stopped, tooth sensitivity decreased, and breath became fresher. I didn't tell my periodontist I was getting an oil treatment so he was shocked when I came in for the cleaning. After 1 month of stretching (twice a day for 10-20 minutes each) the number of pockets that used to be 7+ has reduced to 3 and 4. My gums look healthier and firmer. I'm not sure what the mechanic is, how or why it works, but it works! I immediately ordered a few more bottles. People complained about the taste or the urge to throw up, but when I linked that to tooth loss, guess what won. It tastes like cinnamon drops, but you're so busy swallowing it that you don't really taste it. To kill time I apply oil when I'm doing other things like taking a shower, cleaning, watching TV etc. So stop reading this and order your oil now. You will not be disappointed.
