Review on 🎵 Pioneer GM-A3702 2-Channel Bridgeable Amplifier: Enhance Audio Performance with Sleek Black and Red Design by Sean Chambers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Powerful, clear sounding and inexpensive (12VDC is effectively powered by Talentcell.)

I hooked up my old PolkAudio TS25i (seems most similar to the latest TSi100, would be a great deal at $150)/ couple if they are really similar) and achieved excellent results. After driving the same speakers at home on NAD's mid-range integrated component amp, I believe I heard fuller bass with the Pioneer 12VDC amp. not the 500W peak output shown on its case, it got louder than I would want for a porch dance party where the lack of walls reduces the sound level, and it's LOUD ENOUGH to drive my 18x12 Fill living room to the level of a party that goes through two Polk 2-strip bookshelf speakers. The presence of that rich bass suggests he has some reserves beyond that. What pleases me the most is that it doesn't use a lot of power. My setup is a prototype of a powerful battery powered portable speaker with a Yamaha 4 channel mixer (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I2J4V5G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Персональная станция мониторинга Behrenger PowerPlay 40be-a9cb-1208225c60eb&pd_rd_w=5P9ol&pd_rd_wg=oWpZX&pf_rd_p=ea85cb41-868b-4aee-9344-f4ee71f19400&pf_rd_r=ZTY0RMF7TEQ258CX58DH&psc=1&refRID=ZTY0RMF7TEQ258CX58DH) could probably be removed from signal-chain, and possibly some Skars 6x9's (https:// smile.amazon.com /gp/product/B019Y7VLUM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) in compact wedge housings (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B074QZ5FSZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc= 1), all powered by two pairs of Talentcell 12V battery packs with 12V, 9V and USB 5V outputs (https://smile.amazon.com/gp /product/B01337QXMA /ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc= 1). I had a pair of Talentcell 100Wh (airport compatible) parallel jumper bricks running a Yamaha mixer and Behrenger personal preamp, and a pair of Talentcell 132Wh bricks running a Pioneer power amp. The signal level blocks have 3/4 the capacity of the power amplifier blocks. Do they drain faster than power amp building blocks when a pair of mixers should have less than half the power of a power amp? The whole system played about 1 hour of very loud music, 6 hours at a volume where you can mute the sound to talk to a friend, 2 hours in the background and probably another 4 hours with the amp and signal processing in " Standby". : On, but does not play music. I estimate the setup can run for over 4 hours at a very high volume, no problem, maybe 6 or 8.

Pros
  • Car Audio
Cons
  • Big and bulky
