Review on Serta Executive High Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support: Ergonomic and Gaming-Friendly Design, Upholstered in Bonded Leather Gray by Erick Bowers

Bought this chair in March 2020. I liked this chair, it served my purpose well although the fit and finish could have been better. For the price paid I wouldn't complain though. It's August 2020, the piston is failing and the pads on the levers are falling out. I called the manufacturer whose number is listed under Revain's "Get Product Support" link and all you get is a robotic voice. Two options, and each will bring you back to the same greeting. I have no other way to solve this problem. If the seller or manufacturer can call I'll be happy to edit this review.
