When I moved to Nebraska from Florida I brought a wild rescuer named Lucy with air conditioning The self-heating beds were better than nothing The heating pad was fine but she didn't trust it I came across this and we got it ordered The cover is an improvement over others I've looked at The material seems comfortable at least, Toes and buttocks seem to be right for me and Lucy. Easy to remove for cleaning and hasn't started curling after 2 washes. Theme setter The controller is easy to set up and use. The Florida cat is happy and fried. My only complaint shouldn't even be a complaint. This is a great security feature. The temperature control resets to the off state when the power is removed. Where I live has frequent power surges so it seems like I turn it on twice a day. So a little awkward for me, but more of a complaint about the power supply in our rural community than any product defect.
