In the last month I have used two other brands of humidifiers. Firstly because it didn't have an auto shut off (this unit does) and it ran dry until it broke. The other was Miro which I bought because it was easy to clean and broke on the second day. I only had the unit for a week for my grow tent but I was so happy that I bought another one for my mother plant tent. The only thing I would note is that to get a constant 60% humidity I had to set it at 75%. They only need to fill twice a day and work 24/7.
