This is my first product review, I bought this item as a birthday present. The first helmet I received was too small even though I followed the measurement guide. It's okay, I returned the product and ordered a size up. The next problem I had was that the charging cable I received was the wrong type. After I had to prove they sent the wrong cable with pictures, they sent me the correct cable. Then it got worse, I manage to test ride the helmet, but in preparation for the first ride and trying to charge the helmet, the connection got stuck in the bluetooth/charger module. This renders the Bluetooth functions unusable. I immediately sent a support request to the manufacturer who came back with an automatic notification, I will be contacted within 1 business day. It never happened. The second contact attempt led to the same result. I then scoured the internet to see if a third party bluetooth/charger module was available. None found in the United States and only available abroad at a significant price per module and shipping. Now I'm stuck with a bluetooth helmet that has no bluetooth function.
