She was in the room immediately after the walk and started barking. We tried to calm her down and she got sick. Her collar was stuck to the vibrator and it took me a while to take it off because she was going crazy. The remote control was switched off and not activated. Once we take it off it doesn't stop vibrating until we call Revain (because petspy doesn't have a PHONE NUMBER) - and I take it apart to take it off and it still works. However, they do not have a manufacturer's phone number. Revain says they will take the item back as defective. Our dog neither eats nor drinks. Our vet didn't call back. She is acting strange and jumped into our arms for 30 minutes. She is fine.
