I knew I needed a strap for my Note 3, I saw this one and wanted to try it. When he showed up I was excited because I was waiting for him to show up so I could start running right away. I immediately popped in the Note 3, which fitted perfectly. I was very upset because I read reviews that it doesn't fit the Note 3 or that it doesn't fit the Note 3 headphone jack and so on, but I didn't have this problem. Then I go and try to install it. my right arm, and there was the problem, I couldn't get it around my arm. Now I'm 6'4", 240 pounds, I'm a bit muscular and I couldn't put it on. I then tied it up before putting it on my arm and then I was able to put it on my arm but when i started running it came off immediately will feel comfortable enough to run there with it and that was fine so if you have a fat arm or very muscular arm it may not fit you or at all No. Again, this is great for the Note 3, but I think it should come in sizes like small, large, or medium as it's not a one-size-fits-all at all.
