Review on 🏠 Govee Smart Dimmable Assistant: A Decorative Equivalent by Marta Bruns

After connecting (which required several attempts) they turned out to be a great product. I'm tempted to deduct a star for initial disappointment, but I'll resist. White really is white and bright. Colors are crisp and clear, and while the app's color wheel isn't the most intuitive, you should be able to find the colors you want once you get used to it. In comparison, the colors are much, much duller than white. While an incandescent bulb will certainly light up a room decently in any part of the white space, that simply won't be the case in the color space. One feature I would love is the ability to mix some white with color, mix extra brightness with some color. -- about 10% white and 100% pure red -- and be able to customize them to get the level of lighting you want, with at least some subtle hues. Right now, in a room with 5 Govee bulbs and 1 light bar (also Govee), I balance this out by using at least one bulb on white, but that's not exactly the same as mixed sources. And you can easily group everything. Rock out, create your own scenes and enjoy. I am sitting in a softly lit, sunset colored room as I write this review.
