Good looking lights but it fails me too soon

I have these lights installed for about three months. One of the lights was not working when I first installed it but I tapped it on this light and it started working until last night it died and I tried to tap on it again but it is really dead now. I wanted to contact the seller for the warranty but there’s no contact information on my last order on my amazon account. Seller if you’re reading this please contact me. Thanks
