My GSD had a history of gastrointestinal distress and suboptimal elimination. He has always been on optimal nutrition (Halshan Raw), supplemented with digestive enzymes, probiotics, vitamins, minerals and calcium, all from Animal Essentials. It was only when we added this prebiotic that he was able to achieve homeostasis with all symptoms completely disappearing. This prebiotic appears to target a different part of the GI tract that other probiotics are unlikely to reach. If you have a pet with intermittent loose stools etc. try this and eventually see the results.
