I bought two of these to make it easier for my husband to turn the wheel. They do an excellent job of that. And that is the reason for rating 4. Some caveats: 1. The color is not brown as shown on Revain.com. The picture shown shows the color is more like red wine.2. Directions are bad mainly because the numbers are so small you can't see which pucks go where.3. If you have a wheel with finger recesses, make sure you place that wheel over the valley. Otherwise, you'll kill yourself trying to get him to stay. Treat yourself to lots of light and time. The equipment is black and you will drop it.5. Finally, the equipment is metric. You will need either two adjustable wrenches or, best of all, a 14mm open-end wrench and a 14mm ratchet.
