The absolute best tool for dealing with those nasty knots

Absolutely wonderful tool. It's not magic, so don't expect to feel 100% better after just one use, but if you give it some time, you'll definitely feel an improvement. I've struggled with pain in my quads and hip flexors for years and in just two weeks I've felt some incredible changes. I always stretch, do foam rollers, etc., but this is by far the best thing that has worked for me. This is a great quality tool that will likely accompany you for a lifetime. I usually use coconut oil, but I'm sure any lubricant of sufficient viscosity will do. I can feel every bump and ripple as the tool slides over my muscles, making it easier to spot problem areas. It can hurt sometimes, but it's definitely a good pain. The tool is worth every penny considering how much it costs to visit Graston. My house has practically become a physical therapy clinic. My wife, my mother and I use this tool on ourselves and on each other. At this point, I sometimes find it difficult to hit each point alone, so you'll likely get a lot more out of the tool if you have someone willing to use it on you from time to time. The only downside I can think of is that the grips can get very slippery depending on the type of lube you use. I would buy again. Zero regrets!
