Better than spending 100!

When I was having physical therapy for my IT bands, my therapist used the exact same device on the ends of my legs. It feels really good for my IT teams because it works with the fascia that lies over the IT team, which helps me. This one looks exactly like the one she used but from a different brand - it cost a few hundred dollars because it was bought from a medical website. Heavy weight, 4 blades in 1 tool, comfortable to hold

I just received this tool and I love its weight, double beveled edges so you can move in either direction during IASTM. It feels comfortable in the hand and is great for large muscle groups like ITB, hamstrings and quads. group, stomach and back. I'm hoping to use it for the upper traps, but it may be too heavy and big for that area depending on the body type of the person being used. I recommend this 4 cutting edges in 1 tool. The absolute best tool for dealing with those nasty knots

Absolutely wonderful tool. It's not magic, so don't expect to feel 100% better after just one use, but if you give it some time, you'll definitely feel an improvement. I've struggled with pain in my quads and hip flexors for years and in just two weeks I've felt some incredible changes.
