Review on Total Compliance Solutions by John Rivera

The customer support team has always been very helpful when I have had questions or issues with my account management system! Their product offers many different options for our business needs so we are able to customize it as needed. It's great that they offer training sessions throughout the year to keep up with changes in regulations/laws related to GDPR / CCPA etc., which makes things easier moving forward. There really isn't anything negative about this software at all - everything works perfectly well and their staff takes care of any problems quickly & professionally. We use total compliancy solutions primarily because it allows us to manage multiple clients from one platform (we also do some work outside of TC). This helps streamline processes since each client can be managed separately but still receive alerts if something happens across them all.
