I love the convenience and easy installation of this detachable wall light. It works great if you can't or don't want to run electrical wires or want to save floor or furniture space. The lamp looks the same as in the picture. The combination of brushed nickel and snow-white linen looks very beautiful and modern and will complement many rooms. I also appreciate that the kit includes an LED bulb, so the bulb is ready to use. Unfortunately, my lamp arrived with a broken lampshade. I didn't notice this at first as they are not visible when off, but once the light was on I saw three dark spots on the lampshade. Upon closer inspection, I found that the dark spots are caused by cracks and creases in the plastic underneath the canvas. I would like to turn the lampshade to hide stains, but this reveals a large seam that is usually found on the back of the lampshade. If it weren't for these shortcomings, I would easily give it 5 stars, because I really like the look and performance of this lamp.
