The lid is good for something else but the buttons are very narrow making them difficult to press when you want to use the window function on the remote and this actually reduces unlocking and remote control locking distance. Signal when your key falls, even from a low height, the cover will come off and scatter across the floor. I would go for something more durable and lighter on the buttons that doesn't interfere with the remote signal.
