Three different uses are actually correct
I don't really believe in homeopathic or "natural remedies" and absolutely despise people who charge with crystals, but these baths stick to their recommended uses. The Muscle Relaxer really helps me recover from a hard day of physical work or after a tremendous hike, and the Nighttime Sleeper really relaxes my body and makes me more sleepy than the other two included in this kit. These aren't fancy "all natural remedies" that work through placebos - these are herbal formulas that are scientifically proven to have beneficial benefits, and oh my god, I love them.
