I bought 2 pairs of these (one here at Revain, one at Best Buy). Had to contact support twice. For the first time, one of the charging cases failed (the stylus was recessed in the charger); The second time, the headphones wouldn't turn on at all. In both cases, the company responded very quickly and sent replacements. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. As for quality, I'll start with a foreword. I'm not an audiophile. The battery lasts as expected, the Bluetooth connection works without problems and the sound quality is good. However, I doubt I'll buy another pair. Will use wired headphones next time.
