Very good condition! It's good that they still exist.
I have old Mavic CrossMax (ceramic) rotors on my S-Works and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find new pads. It's good that these pads still exist. The package was brand new and in excellent condition. Make sure you have ceramic discs before you buy these pads!
