This gel does not dry out. At first I thought my light was not good. This is a 58w LED/UV lamp that works well on polygel and gel polish. However, working with this UV gel takes a long time. This is mainly because it has an extremely sticky layer that needs to be washed off with alcohol after a few minutes in the light, but even then it's very soft, pliable, tears easily and feels like rubber plastic. However, it is extremely easy to file like I think a gel should be, but it is easy to file the product completely. I will try a different brand before giving up gel altogether.
