Works pretty well, not as flexible and easy to use as velcro.
I used these to route cables under my desk. They work quite well, especially when attached with screws. It's a little difficult to fully detach and then reattach the strap as it nears its volume, and the straps are a bit fragile. I broke a few steps. In general, however, they are fine and work as described. However, I can switch to "zip tie" mounts instead and use velcro for more flexibility.
