The staff are very helpful with their advice when it comes to setting up our office space, they also provide excellent customer service every day I drop by (which has been quite often).
As an expat myself who moved into HK from Australia many years ago, we have found that getting used to local customs can be difficult! However this hasn't really affected my experience working here so far - maybe over lunchtime or after hours? Some days there isn't much going on but if i'm stuck around until late then things might pick back up. We're using them mainly for admin tasks such as invoicing etc which seems like something everyone uses anyway though. The staff are very welcoming! They have helped me with everything I've needed from finding an office suitable my requirements (as well as being able accommodate our relocation) through working out how much we'll pay HKD per week etc., signing up contracts/leases & taking care that they're processed correctly before leaving them until after expiry date so if there's any problems it won't be too late - this was especially helpful when moving offices within 2 weeks!!
