What a disappointment. the best bulbs
When I opened this package the first thing that struck me was that I was NOT receiving a genuine GE product but Sylvania. The bulbs were visibly exposed and the contact and support wire on the bulbs looked as if they had been used, dark and burned from what I could tell. When I tried them with my incense burner, only one of the two bulbs worked. What a disappointment. If I pay for two bulbs but only one works, do I expect a refund, product replacement, or something else.
