Review on 🦷 Theodent 300: Fluoride-Free, Clinical Strength Toothpaste for Remineralization and Sensitivity Reduction - Whitening Crystal Mint (3.4oz / 96.4g) by Joe Daniels

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's basically a prescription toothpaste.

If you don't know what the Theodent 300 is for, you can easily think that the price is too high. If you understand what it is for, you might get the impression that the price is very fair. Theodent 300 is a one-time purchase. No one should ever go through more than one tube. With Theodent 300 you will instantly get rid of any sensitivity you have the same day you use it and it will get better every day with every use. Even if your sensitivity is severe, you'll see *complete* relief within a few days. With Theodent Classic, it may take 2-3 weeks before you feel relief from severe sensitivity. So Theodent 300 really should only be available by prescription (i.e. in an ideal world). This is some toothpaste. Again, this is a one-time purchase. You buy 1 tube, use it and that's it - hopefully for the rest of your life, especially if you brush your teeth with Theodent Classic for the rest of your life. So how do you use Theodent 300? (and Theodent Classic)? Basically, it's like any other toothpaste: brush, rinse, brush again and spit out the excess without rinsing. Ask your dental hygienist and dentist about this. Like fluoridated toothpaste, it is completely useless unless you leave it on your teeth for half an hour. So if all you do is brush and rinse your teeth all the time, toothpaste won't help your enamel at all. So, to put it bluntly, this is the correct way to use any toothpaste: 1. Brushing2. Rinse 3. Clean again 4. Spit out excess - do not rinse5. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes. This is similar to a fluoride treatment: you will not be rinsed out after the treatment and you will be asked not to eat or drink anything for at least half an hour to an hour. Theodent 300 is *much* stronger and *much* more effective than any professional fluoride treatment or even specialty toothpastes like Fluoridex. I would say that most people will never need Theodent 300 if they practice proper oral hygiene and avoid foods and drinks that attack tooth enamel. Use Theodent Classic at least every day: once in the morning after breakfast and then again in the evening just before bed. Also, know that plaque is always forming, even when you're not eating. Plaque begins to form again just 15 minutes after a thorough cleaning of the oral cavity. It never ends. This is due to the bacteria in your saliva. Definitely yes, Theodent 300 is a very great piece and the price is right as it really only has to be bought once. Of course it's safe to use every day for the rest of your life and I think I would if I could afford it, but 1 tube is all you need (assuming you need Theodent 300 at all) . How do you know if you need it? are you very sensitive If yes, then you should try Theodent 300. If you have no sensitivity at all, you don't need Theodent 300. If you have some sensitivity but can wait 2-3 weeks to get rid of it completely then just use Theodent Classic. No, I didn't buy it from Revain. I bought it directly from Theodent. I have about half a tube left that I use maybe once a month. I always use it on my second brush when I brush but don't rinse. I really don't think I need this stuff anymore because I've completely got rid of all the sensitivity, but I still have some left over so I think I can keep using it from time to time until it's gone. It is always clearly superior to Theodent Classic, which is why I like to treat myself to Theodent 300 every now and then.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
