8 feet of red cord to be exact. I have to say I was very surprised to receive this in the mail as I could have sworn I ordered 2 x 4ft cables. Well I didn't. I pressed the wrong button and due to my mistake I now have a lot of wires going from the speakers to the headphones. Some might say an obscene amount of cable. But the sound is good, even for such a long drive. And while the cord seems strong. I might actually test it out if I bought the right ones because my 9 year old will be using it. Unfortunately, with an 8-foot line, it probably won't be used properly as a skipping rope.
