I have the adult version of this toothbrush and I knew that my 5 year old daughter would benefit from the child version if I liked it and I was absolutely right! The bristles are smaller than overpriced electric toothbrushes and are perfect for small children's teeth! They are soft too. I ordered the pink color and it is a deep but bright pink. They offer a charging station that I use to hold my toothbrush as a holder even when it's not charging, a brush head, a toothbrush base, and a charging cable and adapter. It takes a minute for the toothbrush to get used to the vibrations and handling, but that's the same with any electric toothbrush. It also won't hurt their little teeth if they accidentally touch the plastic brush head. My daughter says it tickles her mouth a little, but it's not uncomfortable. You can choose the sensitive speed option and change the intensity. They include a cute instructions box and a fun deck of cards that you can hold up to a mirror to read the text, which is upside down at first. This is a great toothbrush that removes visible plaque much better than a regular toothbrush. I love that the bristles are small for kids and are made of charcoal for added cleaning and antibacterial properties.
