The booties are very cute and the sizing was accurate—we ordered an XL for our 80lb German Shepherd. However, they are not water resistant at all. I bought them for my dog who loves the snow and will stay outside in spite of cold feet. I let him out for a couple minutes to test his new boots and he came in and they were soaked through. I took them off and put my hand inside to see how they stood up to the cold. In addition to being wet, the bottoms inside were cold, so they’re not well insulated either. These are good if you’re just looking to keep salt off your dog’s paws, or maybe in the summer to keep them from burning their pads, but they aren’t for snow—they’re not warm and they won’t stay dry.
